Please find all legal details concerning your right of withdrawal in our disclaimer. Return shipping costs have to be covered by the customer. The right of return of 30 days applies.

Log into your account and print out the return form(if needed, sent via e-Mail).   Write down the cause (not mandatory) and your bank account details (if you paid via bank transfer) into the return form.   Pack your products and the return form into the package. (Instead of the return sheer, you can also put in the disclaimer form)

Stick the printed Shipping Label on the package.   Bring the package to your next post office.   The funds of your payment will be returned automatically after your return has been processed.
How do I send back my order?
To assure a quick and uncomplicated processing of your reshipment, please proceed as follows:
  • Please make sure to send back all articles with the original label and wrapping
  • Pack your articles decently in order to avoid damage and dirt during the reshipment
  • Attach a copy of the bill or a disclaimer form to the sending. You can access and print your bill at any time by logging into your customer account.


Important infomation:

Returning individual products from your charge free delivery might drop the total amount of your order to less than the respective minimum order value for your country. In this case you will be charged additional delivery fees retrospectively. All other costs incurred by us for the receipt of goods, product inspection, booking of the credit note, repayment and restocking we will of course gladly take over for you!

We know that sometimes things just don't fit. Unfortunately, reshipments have a negative influence on our envirement. At Dakine Shop, we have been standing up for environment protection for years. Please help us, to keep transport distances and packing materials to a minimum.


If you have to send back your order, because it is damaged or you received the wrong product, please use our online warranty form or contact our customer service.
