Please find all legal details concerning your right of withdrawal in our disclaimer.

Return payments have to be covered by the customer. However, we cover mail expenses for returns within Germany if the value of return goods exceeds 40,00 €.

Please note: We know that sometimes things just won't fit. Unfortunately, reshipments have a negative influence on our envirement. At Dakine Shop, we have been standing up for environment protection for years. Please help us, to keep transport distances and packing materials to a minimum.

 

How do I send my order back?

The return process explained below is a nonbinding suggestion of us to process your reshipment as soon and straightforward as possible. This does not limit your legal right of withdrawal in any ways.

To assure a quick and uncomplicated processing of your reshipment, please proceed as follows:

- Please make sure to send back all articles with the original label and wrapping
- Pack your articles decently in order to avoid damage and dirt during the reshipment
- Attach a copy of the bill or a disclaimer form to the sending. You can access and print your bill at any time by logging in toyour customer account.

Follow this instruction step by step to make your return as easy as possible. Please note our return cost policy.

Log into your customer account to print your return note and label (or have it sent to you by email).

 

Fill in your return reason (voluntarily) and your bank details (if purchased by bank transfer).

 

Pack your articles and return note into the box.

Adhere the printed return label to your box.

 

Hand the parcel over to your post office.

 

Your money will be rewarded automatically after your return has been processed.

 

Instead of the return note, you can also attach a form of disclaimer.
