How do I place an order?
Select articles and size and add the desired Dakine products by clicking into the shopping cart. Choosing the right size our size charts will help you. Then you proceed to checkout. There you can either log in with your Dakine Shop customer account and password or register as a new customer.
Step by step you are guided through the ordering process and you will be asked to enter an address and payment data. Please make sure that we will have all your correct details such as name, email and current address.
Why am I not getting an order confirmation?
If your order is displayed in the "My Account" section, it has been received by us. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder and / or make sure that you had the correct email address. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our customer support.
Can I change my order afterwards?
Can I add or delete products or change the delivery address? If your package is not already shipped, our customer support can cancel or change your order.

Which payment options does Dakine Shop offer?
We accept all major online payment methods. Here is an overview.
Is the credit card payment secure?
As an EHI-certified online shop, we guarantee secure electronic payment transactions. During your order all your personal data is transmitted encoded via internet. Your credit card information is not stored by Dakine Shop, rather being gathered and processed directly by our payment service provider.
Why was my credit card payment canceled?
For your own safety, your credit card provider uses the "Verified By Visa" or "Mastercard SecureCode" security code activation. This requires loading the external page of Visa or Mastercard, which may be prevented by your pop-up blocker or firewall setting. If it still does not work, please change your payment method.
Where do I find the bank account details for an advance payment?

Will incoming payment be confirmed?
As soon as your payment by SOFORT, credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation by email. If you prefer to invoice the money yourself via bank transfer, depending on the bank, the money transfer can take 4-5 business days. Unfortunately, we can not send your order until the payment is registered with us. If you have any problems, please contact your bank.

Where can I redeem a voucher code?

If the voucher is redeemed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total sum. Please note the minimum order value for discount vouchers.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery
If it should not be possible to deliver your parcel, you will find a pick-up ticket in your post box to pick up the package at a local post office. If you have questions about the package delivery, you can contact the DHL or GLS parcel delivery.
