Please Note: Returning individual products from your charge free delivery might drop the total amount of your order to less than the respective minimum order value for your country. In this case you will be charged additional delivery fees retrospectively. All other costs incurred by us for the receipt of goods, product inspection, booking of the credit note, repayment and restocking we will of course gladly take over for you!
In case you have indicated an incorrect address we charge an expense fee for the return sending of your delivery to our warehouse by the logistic company: The amount is 6.95 € within Germany and 11.90 € for EU countries.
Calculation of delivery times
The delivery period starts the day after closing the contract and ends the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline is a Sunday or public holiday, your order will be delivered the next working day.
Items with different delivery times
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together (unless we have agreed otherwise with you). In this case, the deadline for the item with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment.
Calculation of delivery times in case of advance payment
If you choose the advance payment option, please deposit the money as soon as possible to our bank account, since we can only deliver your order after receiving the payment. When calculating delivery times, please add a three-day term for international bank transfer to the indicated deadline.

** Orders received and paid by 5 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day, if the products are instantly available. Items marked with green delivery times are shipped from the Dakine Shop warehouse in Germany. Products with delivery times marked in orange are shipped from the European Dakine central warehouse and take slightly longer due to the national borders. If your order contains items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies for the entire order, since we do not offer partial shipment for environmental reasons.
