Information about the Covid-19 pandemic
Health comes first, for our customers and our employees. Because of the changes and restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic we would like to inform you about the current situation:
We are still here for you
The online shop is running as usual, to protect our employees we have taken care of several safety measurements. Our Customer Service is still available via Live-Chat, e-Mail and phone during the usual times from Mo-Fr 09:00h - 18:00h, Sa. 10:00 - 16:00h.
Additionaly, we take great care of safety and hygiene in our office and warehouse. Our employees wear masks at any time of handling your order. (Did you know, you can also order masks in our online shop?)
Risk of infecton
According to the expert statements familiar to us, the risk of Covid-19 spreading via contact with objects such as parcels is unknown. Only in a few cases so far has infection with the coronavirus via contact with objects been suspected.
Your order will be processed and shipped by our staff as usual. There are no delays in our order processing (for items marked green, i.e. immediately available). Our items with a longer delivery time from our warehouse in Netherlands are currently subjected to a slight delay.
As soon as we have transferred your order to DHL / GLS, you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up link.
Due to the current situation, delivery times to UK, USA, Sweden, Greece, Ireland, Finland, Bulgaria, Poland and Slovakia may - in rare cases - increase by up to 3-5 working days instead of the regular stated working days.
Currently bulky luggage deliveries are restricted and can only be delivered sporadically by GLS.
